Norway Invasion

I recently have started a new game (Spring 40) against the AI playing the Ally side and I was kind of asthonished when the Axis did not invade Norway, when in versions previous to 1.087 always did.
So yesterday (March 16th) I started a PBEM game as the Germans and when invading Norway using 1 paratrooper, 1 inf, 2 LFs, 2 LB, I was only given (if I'm not wrong) a chance of 40% or so. Nonetheless I decided to take the risk and of course the invasion was a failure.
The question is, have you changed the settings to Norway to make the invasion more difficult? It is rough terrain clasified, or is it some kind of a bug?

I am seeing a 94% chance with the setup you describe - so I am puzzled why you are only seeing a 40% chance.

If you could mail me a save game with the attack ready to happen then I will check if I am seeing 40% as well. My mail is janbs@stofanet.dk.

Mind, I never take Norway personally as I do not find it worthwhile for the Germans but thats another debate entirely.
