Fictional team/uni - Bombers

Well, managed to get in 2 this week. Hope you guys don't mind the previews as FBMax doesn't have any (no offense intended to Shaggyra).

Anyways, this is my 3rd team, the Bombers. I actually created a more basic uni for this team than in the preview I posted a month ago in the uniform thread. I removed the jersey striping and the upper pilot's wings crest and darkened the brown - I think it looks better now (not every team in a league needs to be fancy). Should be up at FBMax within a day or two.

Do you take requests? I'd love a Charleston (SC) based team. They have a soccer team called the 'Battery' which to me is the perfect name as 'The Battery' is what I think of when I think of Charleston. Today it's usually synonymous with the park/walkway along the water, but for purposes of a football team, the reference is to the Battery, the cannons, that the rebels used to fire on Fort Sumter to start the Civil War. Not sure what colors I would use, but there are quite a few that would work:

Blue for the intervening water.
Green for the park itself.
Red/orange for the explosions.
Black for the cannons/balls.

Good job. When I saw the title of this thread I thought you made a team called the "Unibombers" after the infamous Ted Kaczynski, maybe with a brown wrapped package as the main logo.

Tell you what, though I have a pretty large cue and not a huge amount of time, I see that you are working on utilities and things to improve the game and seem like a good guy...so, if you are not in a hurry (I have 2 teams I am working on at the moment that I'd like to finish first), and you allow me some creative license (I think I can do something a little better than a modification of that soccer logo - unless of course you really wanted it), I'll give it a go.

Hey no worries at all. Take as long as you like and only do it if inspiration strikes. I really gotta get those utilities polished up and turned into an exe file, but I slipped over into watching games to try to get 1930's football action.
