Looking for fairly experienced Allied opponent for Alikchi's IS2.
Slow paced game: 3-4 turns a week.

PDU: ON
Jap. sub doctrine: OFF
AWE: ON
Allied Damage Control: OFF
Allied Sub Doctrine: OFF
Historical First Turn: OFF
December 7th Surprise: ON

Simple house rules:
1. Single PH attack
2. Natural upgrade path for Allied planes (means no @E upgrade for 4E's).
