The attached screenshot shows the ratings I've assigned to UT linebacker Andy Kozar. As I stated in another post (Rainy Day in Knoxville), I set ratings according to a standard that I have used since my FBPRO98 days. I will be happy to share my chart. Notice the player photo included. It is 128x128 bitmap file. I scanned this photo of Andy Kozar and reduced to the appropriate size and then saved it as a bitmap file. player photos are kept in a file folder named PlayerPhotos in the COMMON folder.
