Utilities & playbooks?

Ok, I apologize now for asking questions I'm sure someone else has already asked, but I did try to search without any luck. Anyway, I have a question...

This game is a blast and it's obviously popular (for good reason), so I'm sure there are tons of utilities, custom teams and playbooks to download. Where are they, and how do I find them? I saw a post with some custom graphics, but I'm looking for beefy playbooks and such (especially for the indoor). Can anybody point me in the right direction?
