Japanese Player Needed

I think I'm ready to face a PBEM Japanese player [:D]. I've played on and off for over a year including some PBEM with friends. Should be able to make 6-7 moves a weeks.

Would like to play CHS with version 1.6 - (don't like betas). Prefer a historic-ish game - so historic first move. More interested in what should happen rather than gamey play.
