punting 3rd down

I have installed the new patch v1.0.121 the CPU punts the ball on 3rd down using Canadian rules, but after seeing 10 punts kicked by the CPU player the ball travels about 10 yards in distance and the ball always go out of bounds.

Probelm before the patch:
CPU kicker will stop kicking the ball 40-45 yards in distance after it was losing by 21 or more points by the human controller and for that reason the CPU kicker would punt the ball about 15 yards in the air but the ball would not always kick out of bounds.

After intstalling the new patch v 1.0.121:

CPU kicker would punt the ball about 15 yards but always kick out of bounds. The ball have been spotted on their own 16, 26,29,37,50,11,8,27,42, and 17 yards. I never see a single 40 or 45 yard kick by the CPU in my own end. I have not had a single punt return through out the 1st and 2nd quater.
