In my opinion they should get rid of it, but I gess that's part of what makes it different from the NFL i assume.

In the default section at the bottom of the screen in the setting menu, you have a choice to select Canadian or American rules which ever settings you select, the rules will apply. So for a rouge using the Canadian settings the yellow marker is already marked in the square. I make sure it is checked before I start the game. For some reason when you play Canadian rules and you attemp a field goal, you suppose to get a single. Since I downloaded the lastest patch, I have not seen any single points.

Lions is right, the rouge is no longer being counted on the scoreboard. I've had it happen to me several times in a few games with the latest patch. The 'Single Point' banner is displayed on the screen, but the point is not awarded to the scoring team.

I have seen this also. I just thought I didn't undertand the rule, but I remember it happening before.

(I use the rouge on a regular US field. It's kind of cool.)

I see. I'm not too familar with how the Rouge works with Canadian Rules. I'm use to the Rouge used in the Indoor leagues. If you miss a Feildgoal Place Kick, you are NOT awarded the single point just because you missed the uprights and went out of bounds. Never could understand why the CFL has there Rouge Rule that way.

This does sound like a bug of some sort. Maybe the Rouge in the game is only setup similar to how the Indoor Leagues use the Rouge.
