Bugs..penalties not applied on 3 down and other things

playing vs CPU

When a CPU is on offense and it is 3rd down and trying to go for a field goal attemped, a penalty was applied to the human controller for offside, the kick has not been kicked yet, the ball should have been spotted for a 5 yard and an automatic first down. It did not happen. Instead the game went back to the 35 yard line on the CPU zone and it reads 3 and 10 and the CPU is punting the ball away.

QB scramble: What I did in the player's profile in the utilities, I edited his pocket pass and increased it to 88-91 but that did not make a difference. I was trying to see if the higher the number the less the QB will scamble. I would like to see some passes and less Qb scamble because in one game the CPU QB rushed 9 times in 11 plays and the ball started on their own 19 yard line.

When a human controller wants to take a chance on a kick off return when the ball is in the end zone and I am controlling him, can't I take a chance to go for it instead of taking the knee?
I can do this when CPU is going for a field goal I can move about and move out of the end zone if I wish.

Anyways, that's all the bugs I have seen so far.
