Login error!

I can't login because the dumass game says my user name and password are wrong.

This game is still a dam mess after 4 yrs. U retards have even messed up the on-line downloading.

I e-mailed the retard department(tech support), but no answers. Thats right you have my money an don't care.

Yes, nothing has changed in 4 yrs.

I want my money back for the 3rd time in 4 yrs.

You dumasses can't even get the login programming right.

I'm sorry you're having issues, but there's no call for personal insults. We are in charge of selling the download of the game, but PlayNet actually controls and supports the login and account generation side. We can support problems with the download, but we can't support issues with accounts. Since this problem came up for you on a Saturday, it may be that it will take them until Monday to fix this for you.

Create a thread in that same forum if that doesn't resolve it for you. Unfortunately, the best we can do is forward your issue to the folks at PlayNet, we have no ability or access to account or login support.

Contact Bloo@playnet.com with your account info. I believe id/pw are case sensitive and if entered incorrectly at playgate logon they must be reentered.

BTW, seems 99.9999% seem to be able to logon successfully.
