There was alot of CFL unis in the Uniform thread I think most of them we're in the old forums tho. I wonder what happened to those guys

Also I wonder what happened to Ed Early one of the Beta testers
He was supposed to have a website with all the NFL uniforms and I think Rosters as well shortly after the game was to be released

Love the cfl uniforms that have been created in fb.max . Going to have to try and create the rest of the teams , so i can start a league . Of course mine won`t look half as good as the ones i have seen here . By the way , is there talk that cfl might expand or is a 10th team just ideal to help with schedule for canadian game here.

I have heard rumors over the past few years that the CFL does indeed want its league to have 10 teams, and Halifax from what I hear is a good choice, but most of the other Canadain Cities don't seem to have a good enough facility that the CFL requires for a new team. Also, I don't think there has been a huge push by many of the other cities to find owners to setup a new team.

Ya, the CFL probably wants that 10th team more for Scheduleing purposes. Like I have said in a previous post, odd number leagues are hard to make balanced schedules.

Maybe they should put a team in Yellowknife or Iqaluit [:D]

I may do a Canadian indoor league, if I do there'll be teams there.

DONMVP,
I am working on more. I don't know how how some have time to play the game, make utilities, uniforms, host a site, make plays, post on a forum, work, blah, blah, blah... my hat is off to them. I am lucky to make it to work on time.

I do plan on all current and some of my fav past ones... Wife is going away this weekend I will see what I can get done.

Currently have Calgary on the go... I have been playing the game more.

As far as the CFL going to 10 teams, might be lucky if 9 play this year. We will know in a week or so, I am hoping for the best.

Breeze,
How about Moosejaw for a team?

Is there rumors that a team might fold or something in the CFL? Man, I hope not. I hate it when that happens.

The league revoke a franchise from the owner who was not going to cover any losses this year. Ottawa has only had 1 .500 season in 30 years and lots of mismanagement during that time (minus a few as they had folded for a few years).

It is a mess. Midmonth we should have more news.

Where did you hear this information about Ottawa suspended in the CFL? And how do you know they are heading to Quebec? Did you read about this on the net or something?

I did see a blurb somewhere (it was one of tsn.ca or sportsnet.ca) that said one of the three groups that had expressed some interest in purchasing the Renegades wanted to move them to Quebec City.

Wouldn't it be better to find a good owner in Ottawa and to start a new franchise in Quebec City?

Ya, wonder why they all of a sudden want to abandon Ottawa? Isn't there anyone else interested in partly owning the Renegades in Ottawa? And how reliable is the potential ownership group in Quebec? Can they really handle all that needs to be done to make Team work right in a short amount of time?

I don't think they (CFL) want to abandon Ottawa. That was just what one of the groups who were 'interested' in purchasing the team wanted to do. However, the point is now moot, as the CFL has decided that none of the candidates were suitable -- at least on this short notice. The CFL has suspended operations of the Renegades for this year, moved Winnipeg to the eastern conference, and the dispersal draft of the Ottawa players is to be held tomorrow (April 12).

Hopefully the 'Riders will pick up Kerry Joseph....
