Supplies moving around

Is anyone else having this problem with 1.087 version?
Whenever I repair a resource etc the game scatters supplies all
over different areas and in transports that are out at sea.
For example if I have 10 supplies in south India and repair the factory.
i will find that it moved supplies into east India and on some transports there will be supplies and it gets more supplies from the US to fix the factory.

I have not experienced this - but if you could mail me a save game right before and one right after doing the repair I will see if I can locate the error and possibly correct it.

It does indeed appear that there is a bug with auto supply - thanks for reporting it.
