question about supply distance

I captured perth in Australia, then I want to send troops across the country to attack Sydney. But since it's really far from this base, will the troops be able to get supply? The base does have plenty of supply, but does it have a distance limitation on supply transport?

There is spoilage along the route. But your troops will pull supply from Perth. Best to take the next city fast and send a major supply convoy there to boost supplies.

There are several cities along Southern Oz. Move down and take one of them and you should be OK.
