UCV and scenerios: IJN win at Midway

Hi, I've been playing World at War and now I'm going back to UCV, is there any scenerio where the IJN wins at Midway? I'd like to see how far I can get. Thanks.

Yup, 17 and 19. Check out the description in the Scen Selection part of the game.

You realise of course that Midway is "off map". The Sc.'s suggested just presume that Midway did not occur when deciding upon which ships are available for play. Sc. 16 only, allows for a historical result ( Allied Win ) @ Midway. Check the Sc. description's for details.

Sc. 12,15,17 & 19 allow for Midway @ did not occur - which is the closest you will get to a Midway IJN victory.[;)]

thanks! I've started playing and I'm doing well enough as the Allies, I lot a CV and the IJN lost a CVL at Coral Sea but I was able to fly all my planes to GilliGilli and PM, These guys are all aces now and 7 weeks later the IJN tried to land between GG and PM I actually got a bomb hit on a IJN CV (3 in the stack) and shot down lots of planes, in fact I've shot down like 40 planes on some IJN raids from Rabaul! One other intresting thing happen, I had a screen of GilliGilli and when the IJN CV force came though it bumped into it and there was a shootout between my screen and IJN CV, my screen that night was small and they all sank, the night before I would have cause some huge damage to the IJN. First night CV shootout I've even had.[:D]
