I downloaded the BASIC UNIFORM pack and NFL FONTS pack, how do I start making uni's from here?

You need to use a paint program like Paint shop pro , Photoshop or the Gimp

Look at the uniform tutorial that's posted on that link for further instructions

Nope if you have the uniform viewer you can look at the player minus the numbers and the facemask

Paint shop pro has a free 30 day trail . It`s a lot easier to use then paint or gimp . Gimp is a totally free program .

CFL_FAN_7, I highly recommend getting Paint Shop Pro. Its easier to use in my opinion then Photoshop and you can buy a cheap earlier copy (I have Paint shop Pro 5) from www.ebay.com.

The Gimp is free and supports layers like PSP
I think they have tutorials on there site.
