TE/SB issue with new leagues

Any new 11 man league I make automatically drafts SB instead of TEs. Don't know why but I have tried several things including modifying roster size, and import rates. This doesn't appear to be a problem with leagues that come with the game.

Before you start your new season you have to go into the team and click over to draft profile. Then just change the numbers in the positions.

Ok I have taken my meds might make more sense.
First start a new season. Then view team and go to draft settings. Click on the round you want to change then click on the top to go through the positions and choose the postition you would like. When you are done choose which skills you would like to draft by.
