Geographical Location problem

The Geo Location for the selection West Coast is different in the League Menu in the game than it is in the Utility Program. When it is selected in the game and saved when you close the game down and try to edit the team in the Utility Program you get an error message. If you change it in the game to another location it will open up in the utility with a different location.
