Jan, do you you know Gary?...I've E-mailed him with no responce over 15 years, however he used alot of my ideas on WIR....I'd like to play a game with you....are you up to it?... In the past I was known as Die Kriegerien.

I am a Danish math teacher that likes to play games and program a bit on the side.

I started playing WaW about a year ago. After a while I joined up as a tester (tcp patch) and got somewhat active with that. When the test manager had to leave I took over as manager (though the managing was limited as the number of testers and testing was not too large). About the same time I also offered to start the WaW ladder and was made a forum moderator so I could manage it. Incidently I was made a moderator for all the WaW forums though that was not my intention at the time.

Later the WaW main programmer was busy with other projects so I offered to take a look at the code and help fix the growing list of minor bugs. So for a while I was fixing quite a number of minor things in the code - leaving a few to the main programmer when I had to admit they were too hard for me to figure out.

Lately I have been busy with other things so my WaW gaming is pretty much on hold.

Sorry, I cannot help you with a forum handle - only the Matrixgames people can do that to my knowledge.
