How come this isn't being re-released also?

Dont see why there could not be one released. It is essentially like all the other CS games with a few new addtions. The glitches in the old one have been corrected by patches made by some enterprising gamers and some new addons exist.

On one website there is one for a DG including Vietnam which is very extensive (oobs for US, So. Viet, VC, N Vietman and the group has added terrain addon for tropical, Northern Europe, Temperate Asia. This has lead to projects to do other Cold War era oobs to add to the engine, Russia, France UK and other Islamic and African countries possably others.

One group is working on doing a separate DG based Korean War with all the various countries invoved, US, UK, S. Korea, Anzacs, Turks, some other allies and on the other side Chinese , N. Koreans, Russians. They are working on scenarios now.

I was under the impression that the Viet Nam mod for DG was going to be the first release from Matrix?

It would be nice to see some sort of progress report on any of the CS games.
