Latest CPU vs CPU glitches

Did a fast sim through a regular season of a league, then decided to have the CPU vs CPU in playoff games. Here are a few things that happened in the played games that need to be corrected.

1. Team punted to the other team and the ball went out of bounds at the 12 yard line. The receiving team was given the ball on the 20.

2. On the kickoff the ball went into the endzone, bounced a few times then went out the side of the endzone. Receiving team was given the ball on the 40, it should have gotten it on the 20 as if they downed the ball in the endzone.

3. Team punted to the other team, short return. The receving team that got the ball, 4th down and 7 yards to go. And of course punted back to the team that just punted, have no idea what is screwed up here.

4. On the last play of the first half the defensive team had a penatly, the half ended anyway. Not sure what the differences are for CFL, NFL AFL etc, put I think that logically the half or game should not be able to end with a defensive penalty.

5. Clock management logic is still terrible, here is the latest example.

The team with a 3 point lead, runs the ball on second down and ends up with a 3rd and 3 situation with 59 seconds left. The ball is about at mid field. The defensive team, down by 3 calls a time out. The offense gets a first down on the next play, the defense calls a time out. The offense runs a ball, the defense calls its last time out. The offense picks up a first down on about the 31, doesnt call a time out with about 39 seconds left in the half. On the next play the offense passes the ball and ends up on the 12, doesnt call a time out and the half ends. The logic for both teams sucked.

I hope all of the above are being addressed for the new patch.
