Lend Lease

The manual talks about lend lease. For example, by going to the lend lease screen you can give at least 10 supplies to another nation even if you don't have a direct link with them. However, for the life of me, I can't find any lend lease screen, and hitting the L key does nothing for me.

If you are playing with advanced supply you simply move some of your supply into a region of one of your allies.

The most common routes are the Burma route to China or the Murmansk route to Russia - but other routes are possible as well.

yeah I thought I had same problem too. By the time I thought about LL Murmansk was in German hands. Putting transports up between Alaska and Russia works to get trucks in.
