Printable, Playable Demo Ready!

Post by markhwalker »

Hi Guys,

There is now a printable, playable, downloadable demo of Lock 'n Load: Band of Heroes at the game's site... www.locknloadgame.com .

The game comes with everything that you need to play a special demo scenario. Owners of the game may want to download it just for the scenario.

From download to boardgame table is probably only a half an hour.Yes, if you have the BoH VASSAL mod you'll be able to play this scenario online... even if you don't own the game.

Best,

Mark

I have played the demo scenario online using VASSAL and I must say it is quite a thrill.

At first I thought the "triggered" event was to heavily favoring the Germans till I found that I was wrong about that and it was balanced. With the Americans working with only one leader a shaken squad is a real problem and you wish they could self rally but it worked out in the end.

I will order a copy of this game after the first of the year and thanks for your time and efforts!!

Mark, are the complete rules available as a PDF? I'm getting together with some old gaming buddies this summer to play this game, and I'd like to be able to get them the rules beforehand (we all live in different states) so they don't have waste valuable gaming time reading the rules.

I just noticed that my question might not be clear because I posted in your demo thread. I meant the complete v.2 game rules, not the demo rules.
