Download of the Depot Multi Mod Vehicle Ver 2

Hello again everybody.
I've some questions about the "Depot Multi Vehicle V2".
1.- What will be new in the game if I dowload it.
2.- I know how to download the Mod but how must I install the files into my current SPWAW directories.
3.- I run the game with de 8.40 patch. Will it work with ?

(I do now this questions just because a few minutes ago I've done the full dowload of the DMV v2, I've installed all the files "by my own idea" and after all ... I only have seen and finded american M3 halftracks all over the game !!! Really, is true !!!

Use the ModSwapper program to install the mod.
Otherwise, you'll need to copy the various files into the respective folders (overwriting the originals).
The reason you're seeing the halftrack icon is because you have made a mistake in installing the files; you may not have any SHP files in the SHP folder, so the game resorts to the "default" icon, which is the old M3 halftrack.

I'll try it on this way.
But there is a question that I don't understand: you say to me [font="Times New Roman"][font="Arial"]"you may not have any SHP files in the SHP folder"[/font][/font] and my SHP folder is plenty of "Iconxxxx.shp" files ??? Is that right ?
Final question: don't you mind to tell me what files must be saved in each folder ?
The DMMV ver2 includes:
- Encxxxx text files,
- Iconxxxx.shp SHP files,
- Mouse.shp SHP file,
- OObxx OOb files,
- pxxxxx.lbm LBM files,
- Terxxzx.shp SHP files.

Just place the whole thing in the Modswapper folder, h00b. Run Modswapper before you play, and choose, then install, the mod. All switches will be made automatically, without having to back anything up. When you wish to use the regular version, simply uninstall the mod the same way. All switches will be made automatically, without you having to worry about backing things up. Modswapper was a great addition to this game!

I'd use the ModSwapper program.
When I said you might be missing SHP files, I meant to say certain ones. Not all of the SHP files were modified for the Mod. So you may be missing some that have vehicle icons in them. Either that, or the OOBs are messed up. The M3 halftrack icon you see is a default icon used when either the OOB has a bad Icon Number, or when a SHP file for a unit is missing.

OK Goblin, It works.
I've installed the Mod using the Modswap, installation has finished right but ... I think there are no new icons on the game. I've opened a few scenarios but I don't "feel" anything new about icons view.
Did the MOD changed only some of them ?

Are you SURE you got the right file? There are two Mods, one WITH the new vehicle icons and one WITHOUT.

one is called Depot Mod 2 Vehicle, the other does not have "vehicle" in the name.

Just wait till memorial day and download SPWAW Enhanced...it is better anyway
