Stacking Limits For Russian Armies

What are the stacking limits for Russian tank armies and shock armies? Are they 10 points with tank and mechanized divisions counting three points and infantry divisions counting one point?

i'm almost positive only tank units have 3 stacking while all other units have 1. shock/tank armies have 10 points each as you mentioned.
