PDS- needs better documentation

I have been seeing a lot of posts lately asking about different PDS functions. This makes me believe that more details are needed about the PDS, and its commands. I see a reference to a tutorial in the manual pdf file, but...... no tutorial anywhere in game.

The manual will need to be updated for PDS 2.0. Most of the commands are the same, but the look will change.

There are some logic commands that don't work well at this time, but they are being worked on along side other things.
