run-time error

hi,ive tried a few different years to start my association but every time i choose a team to human and press continue the screen goes white for a couple of seconds then the create association screen comes up with creating association on and an error box saying
run-time error'-2147221231(80040111)'
automation error
class factory cannot supply requested class
i press ok and it goes back to the game manual,ive tried uninstalling and installing but the same thing happens,ive had the game two days now and this is as far as ive got id love to play the game[&:]

This is due to a corrupt windows component on your machine.

Please do the following:

1. Download this file and unzip it into your PureSim 2007 folder:
http://www.puresim.com/puresim2k7_FULL_DEBUG_BUILD.zip

This is a special version of PureSim that provides me with detailed information when a user hits a crash. When you get the error you will be prompted to paste the contents of the error into an email and send it to me. Once I see that error I should be able to make suggestions on what component on your windows installation is corrupt or invalid.

What version of Windows are you running?

i,m using windows xp (sp2),did you get the email with the error report in it,i dont know if it worked correctly. yours wayne.
