Continous Play by Play Issue

I selected manage Game so I could make the lineup adjustments I wanted for tired players. I went under Play Options, selected the Continous Play by playoption that said the game will play wihtout requiring my input. However, I the manager options are still coming up and nothing happens until I hit enter.

Sort of a misnomer I guess. It will do that if you use the "Watch PSPNCast" option (instead of asking to press a key for the next AB). If you click "Manage" then it is assumed you want to make the in game decisions.

Is there a possibiity to let us change the lineup when we use the PSPNcast Option? Sometimes I don't like the lineup changes that are made when the CPU rests a player, but I don't want to manage the game.
