runtime error 3021

Trying to set up a 4 team league with real teams...used sandbox mode, 35 player org, finances set to max, no dh, injuries, and 4 man rotation...sometimes I get a message saying you need 35 players on roster...other times i get as far as click to start spring...it runs a few seconds, then a message pops up saying "runtime error 3021 no current record". Any help would be appreciated...
