99% Combat analyser wrong?

When playing as Japanese v US in sea battle, the combat analyser gives me a 99% chance of taking the territory.

However no matter how many times I play the battle, I never take the territory & generally suffer more losses.

I know it is possible to lose even a 99% chance of victory, but I have never won.

Jan has made a fix and I emailed a test version patch so you can try it out and see how it works for you.
