Puresim 2007 Bugs

After I get into the free agent screen to offer agents, it seems that I no matter how many times I click on the submit offer button it does not work. I also have noticed that the player data hangs almost everytime during and after the first season. I end up having to restart the game from the beginning everytime this happens.
