Line of Sight when deploying units?

Post by MangyDingo »

It there a way to see a unit's line of sight during deployment, I can't seem to do this. Rather annoying when placing AT guns, you think you have a good field of view for enfilade fire, but in reality you can only see one hex!

Sure. Just select the unit that you want to check (remember once you place a unit the game automatically goes on to the next unit so once you place something, you then have to click on it again to select it) then right click on a hex in the general direction that you want to check. The visible area is bright while the out of LOS area is dark.

Enjoy

In this way, you can also change the facing of forts, which you may not always want to be facing straight.
