couldnt install patch

   I just downloaded the 1.1 patch. When asked to put in the serial number, I saw a message saying invalid serial number. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.

Make sure you are typing it exactly.  One thing to try would be to cut and paste it from the original email.

I tried cut and pasting it from the email and it still came up invalid...

It doesn't work for me when I cut and paste.  I have to type the code in.

Are you including the hyphens and no extra spaces?  If in doubt, try www.findmyorder.com to make sure you've got it exactly right.

I will try it again...I did think that i did it that way...i cut and pasted it from the email...remember, it wouldnt be in findmy order, as you had to send me a special email with it...
