When going to view contracts, if you click the drop down list, it simply refreshes the screen as soon as you release the mouse button. In order to make the drop down list useable, you have to click and hold the dropdown list and release when you move the mouse over the selection you require.
 
In fact, I've just tried it again to make sure about what I was talking about, and you cannot actually select any other option from the drop down list.

This only happens, though, when you click the hyperlink to view the contract status report from the homepage
