Mike Wood put a button way back in 1.6 that would update the devices in a game from the scenario file. Have no idea if it would work for this situation, but that's the basic concept of what would be needed.

Any step by step walkthrough for morons like me? Ship to air radar sounds like a good thing to have ;)

Nope. Nothing's been changed officially. The fix was made independently by michaelm...

I also now add the Type 13 radar fix to all scenarios that I convert for my map.
