Crashing after Matrix intro

Just installed this, it crashes with a windows "submit an error report" dialogue. The matrix intro movie runs, then it attempts to load whatever next (I see a whitish box for a split second before crash.)

You have to have a sound card installed and the drivers for it must be installed as well, is my understanding. Otherwise it will crash. Is that the problemo?

Unfortunately, no. I saw the other guy's post about the soundcard and made sure I updated my drivers.

Unfortunately, no. I saw the other guy's post about the soundcard and made sure I updated my drivers.
There are a total of 5 movies that are supposed to play. I suspect that you are having problems with the AVI files. Please try moving the talonsoft.avi and toaw_studio.avi to another directory, and see if that fixes the problem.
