Mission Critical
a problem was dicovered with the art and pointers for the Mohawk IV\P36
this has been corrected in the art but not the pointers yet

I am issuing 2.599 with this art fix - the Anson art fix - some other technical stuff - and a lot of Allied ships taken out for LOC or moving resources. Also many minor Allied ship weapons corrected (as in a thousand or so).
