Availability of a printed Reference Manual at Kinko's

So the documents say that the Reference Manual will become available for purchase through the doc center:

Sorry, that's not going to happen as Kinko's is no longer interested in working with us on that (not enough people were ordering the printed manuals). However, we're looking for alternatives. In the meantime, your best bet is to have it printed yourself and I'll make sure that doesn't get into future manuals until we have an alternate solution in place.

Hi Erik - Have you checked with Mimeo? They seem aggresive in trying to grow their biz and I can vouch for their customer service. They don't have stores, but they do ship.
