How in the @#$% do you tell a Maltese gondola from any other one[:D][:D].

Actually Ron, I think that's pretty impressive.

No. I have yet to make it to Italy. I did not know they were filled with crap. And I do not know why they would find it romantic.

Because they've been TOLD it's romantic a zillion times (therefore, must be true). That's the same reason they think diamonds are inherently valuable...

HMS Faulknor -

Not according to my sources. I checked for pics of HMS Faulknor (very similar class), do you have my same pic as Faulknor?

Again, I'm showing similar class, but not correct.

The squadron funnel markings show her to be an F class and the fifth 4.5" admidships reveals her to be the class leader...all others had 4 4.5". I'll post a pic in a sec.

Now that you guys are done with the ship thing, may we get back to the hijacked part of this thread? It was really starting to go someplace. Where, I don't know, but it was definitely going somewhere.[:D]

Only been in a Venetian gondola once, and the smell was atrocious. It doesn't exactly help that those things have a freeboard of about 3 inches.
