Arty attacks on Aircraft Always Available

I'm playing FitE 5.0 and I have a situation where I've advanced fast enough to catch some Soviet aircraft on the ground that can't fly away because they are in reorg status and am pounding them with arty. I'm carefull enough to not destroy the unit completely because each turn the unit gets some new replacements and that just gives the Axis some more planes to kill. I suppose I can keep pounding this bad boy until the Soviets run outta airplanes? Comments?

If you like. The unit looks like its out of supply now. So it should evaporate fairly swiftly.
