Like the buoy markers for the "channels" to off map areas. Don't know if you care or not, but the colors are reversed on some of them: the red buoys should be on the right (starboard) as you move toward the port -- "red right returning".

Don't know if you care or not, but the colors are reversed on some of them:
that problem was fixed in the latest download

Not quite correct.......under the IALA system A Channel markers are green on the starboard side when heading to port....green to green. The US does not use the IALA system A ( but the rest of the world DOES ) hence the reason for the colours being on the wrong side when entering any US port.

two errors found fix
panel 000 probelm Rangoo now has an N on the end
panel 001 missing rail link in hex 66-25 fixed

Rangoon is fixed, but now I have gray hexes in water area only between the Bay of Bengal through the Arabian Sea. My hexes are turned off so none should appear. I am using the new pwhex file. By looking at the latest maps I see that WITN00.bmp has the hexes on the map itself.

hex problem on panel 1 fixed
I am trying a new file transfer provider as Rapid share is giving problems to a number of users let me know if you have any access problems
I have redone the down load file for both panels 000-001 and removed the link and files from rapid share
