Crash To Desktop

This is an odd one.

I've got BII, BIN, WITP, and UV and they all run fine. OP Art III crashes to the screen observed when the desktop....more specifically to the start screen where you click the option to start a game, go to the web site, forums, etc.

Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 2, 1GHz Memory, Athlon XP 2400. Fairly standard stuff. Running the armagodden scenario crashed on combat resolution of turn on against computer controlled slavic forces. Immediately after a naval combat and loss of slavic CV and Air unit.

Hi,

Are you using the public beta patch, and do you have a saved game? Has the problem been repeatable, or frequent? If so, please give us some more specifics as to when you get the crashes. Finally, if you have a saved game, or screenshot, please attach it to the post. Saved games will need to be zipped (use Windows native compression utility for this.) Screenshots should be saved to jpeg for upload size considerations, clipped to display the important data (error boxes, when available) and embedded for easy viewing.
