Severe Injured Player Stays in Game

Was managing a game and the other team had a player get a severe injury and stayed in the game. The PBP said severe injury and he was on the injury log after the game as well and out for 3 months.

Looking into this....

Just saw it again at least with a minor injury this time.  I think it might happen if the player reaches base on the play he gets hurt.  The game doesn't pinch run for him.

It happened to me twice in the same inning tonight, both players singled, checked the game log after the game and it indicated they got minor injures.  Checked their player cards and neither were listed as injured on the season stats part of the card but both showed that they got injured on the transaction part of the card.  I am using v1.1.
