VCR pretty nice. Can fast forward, rewind, view from different viewpoints. Pretty handy for any wargamer.

As VCDH says the files compress down nicely. Even most modern free email services should be able to deal with a typical file no sweat. More power to you if you use some peer to peer ap in your chat client.
