Can't access Member area!

I need the .014 patch and I can't access the Members area after trying to register several times. PLease help. My email is r.arrieta@sbcglobal.net

Now I can access the members area, but I get a time out when I try to download the patch.

Getting this stuff right is really, really simple and getting it wrong so much is just really, really bad merchandising.

I dont see any patch listed in there for this game, the latest download is may 31 2006 and its World At War

You're looking at the "official" patch section. For "public beta" patches you're supposed to go via here: http://www.matrixgames.com/members/

Except it doesn't work very well.

Go ahead and download the beta patch. It fixes a very big (and embarassing) bug that prevents units from reconstituting. The only problem that you may notice with it, is that it introduces a version check error in PBEM play.

FYI, we found an issue with the e-mail registration. Our own spam filter was occasionally hijacking some of the registration e-mails. If you were not able to successfully register for the Members' Club, please try again and I'm sorry it took us so long to find this issue.
