Scenario editor?

Is there a scenario editor with the game? OR is it coming out later? I was looking for it today, but couldn't find it.

It's launched from the H3 launcher, by clicking "H3 Configuration" and then the "Start H3" tab; look at the bottom of the screen, and you should see it.

Yeah I did that, but after I got in it was just like the single player game. I never saw any controls at the top of teh screen fo any kind of scenario editing

When you install the game the scenario editor is placed under the "extras" sub-menu. You can always move it to the main H3ANW menu if you want to find it eaiser.
