PSD File Missing

The PDF tutorial on BMP creation for scenarios says that I should have a file called ScenarioPic-template.PSD but it's nowhere to be found. I did a complete search of the TOAW3 folder. Any ideas?

Sure enough, it's missing. Must have slipped through the cracks. It's too large for me to post a copy here. I'll see if I can get JAMiAM to do it. And it will need to be added to a future update.

Yes, thanks for bringing that to our attention. It may not make it into the existing Beta patch, when it becomes an "official" patch, but we will get it into the first big patch that we will be putting within the next month, or two.
