Sitrep Logs... Turn it off!

Norm Koger's The Operational Art of War III is the next game in the award-winning Operational Art of War game series. TOAW3 is updated and enhanced version of the TOAW: Century of Warfare game series. TOAW3 is a turn based game covering operational warfare from 1850-2015. Game scale is from 2.5km to 50km and half day to full week turns. TOAW3 scenarios have been designed by over 70 designers and included over 130 scenarios. TOAW3 comes complete with a full game editor.

Sitrep Logs... Turn it off!

Hi!

While "cleaning-up" my save file I noticed it filling up rapidly with Sitrep files (which are generated for each turn). Folks should be aware of this and know that the default option is to generate the sitrep files.

Shouldn't the default be off? Seems folks are going to freek one day when they open the save file with explorer and find all that stuff there from months of gaming.

I think it should definitely be default-off; kind of thing which could severely annoy the unwary.

I turned it off straight away when I loaded TOAW3 up for the first time. Will definitely be useful at times, but not by default.

Thanks for this heads up,i had just got a nasty surprise in the save folder.
