need help with forum account

Howdy,

Ive lost the password from my original matrixgames forum account due to my new computer and since I have no access to my old e-mail adress anymore Iam stuck. So Ive temporaly created this one.

Due to my lack of english Iam not able to explain my problem to the guys behind the forums@matrixgames.com e-mail box as it seems [X(]. Any forumsgod willing to help me? Waiting for a pm.

How can you "lose" a password?? Mine is in my head and as long as I don't lose my head it will always be there.

A good question hehe. This account was made in 2000 and the PW saved as a cookie. And only god knows (since me not anymore) what girlname was current the one I used as PW [:'(]

Any chance of someone sorting my account out too? I have been unable to edit/amend my information for so long that it still lists Steel pantehrs as my interest.....

Whenever I try to change anything it tells me this account is already in use!

The answer is emphatically no. It is a shame as Matrix are pretty brilliant, but the forum 'support' is non existent.

The thing is, I can't find anything wrong with your or Hard Sarge's account that would prevent profile editing. I've put this issue on our web guy's plate, which is fairly full at the moment. It's not something that I can solve, unfortunately.
