Problem with Discount Coupon

I now have my discount coupon code but cannot implement the code in the ordering process. I assume it is the "promo code" but the total billed remains undiscounted. Could this be clarified please.

Also I would like to order the CD as well as the download. Is this available in Australia?

The CD version will be available Wednesday and we can ship it to Australia. However, due to the store logistics, we can only ship the upgrade discount coupon copies from the US, so the shipping cost may not be ideal. I regret that we don't have a good work-around for that. Normal orders ship from our UK warehouse to Australia via Royal Mail but because of the logistics we were not able to set it up that way for the one time discount coupon. There is always the digital download, however, which is equally available worldwide.

I ordered my copy (CD and digital) with the discount voucher through the US Matrix shop as the EU one did not accept it.

Discount codes are store specific. On the discount code distribution website there even is a warning in red letters stating that discount codes are store specific. That is the reason for one store not accepting it.

I ended up paying full price as the discount wasn't recognised, plus VAT for which I am not liable. Erik is checking my problem out and I await his response. I also ordered the CD. My total bill so far is $A96.
