No Control Screen?

I have an ALIENWARE AREA-51M 7700 laptop and have installed TOAW3 on it installs pefrfectly. When I attempt to start the game either through the shotcut on the desktop or the icon on the START Menu it seems to start ok. I get the intro for MATRIX GAMES with sound perfectly as well as the TALON SOFT intro perfectly. But after that all I get is a black screen with NO BUTTONS. No "PLAY NEW GAME", no "RESUME SAVED GAME", nothing on the screen, not even the mouse cursor. All I see is on the top of the task bar the name "TOAW" and I am able to see my mouse only when I get to the top of the screen. The only wat to close the screen is to hit Ctrl-Alt-Del and then I get the message box the TOAW is not responding box and have to close it that way. I have attached my DxDiag file. Please help.

I solved the problem myself. I forgot one of the most fundamental things when troubleshooting, I did not check to see if my video card driver was up to date, which it was not. I must apologize for not checking first b4 I posted. Let this be an example for everyone, make sure all your drivers are up to date.
